Founder and Executive Director of Psychology Forward, Dr. Joseph Graybill is an American Psychologist, licensed in the state of New York. Dr. Graybill completed a Master’s degree at Columbia University and Ph.D. at Fordham University. He has maintained a private practice for the past 10 years, providing psychological counseling and psycho-educational assessments to a children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to private practice, Dr. Graybill has over 20 years of experience working as a school psychologist in public schools in the United States and most recently at the Anglo-American School of Moscow.

Dr. Graybill completed extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and psychological assessment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Bergen Country Center for Educational and Psychological Services. His areas of research include Autism Spectrum Disorders, resilience in childhood and protective factors for parents of disabled children.

Born in New York City, Dr. Graybill has lived and worked in Russia and throughout Europe. He has visited 70 countries and has a passion for learning about diverse cultures and history. He founded Psychology Forward to provide comprehensive psychological and educational services to the international community. He has consulted with several schools in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Through a Cognitive Behavioral framework and implementation of evidence-based models of treatment, Dr. Graybill helps clients overcome psychological disorders and life challenges through developing competency and fostering resilience. Becoming autonomous, self-reliant and of value to the community, is a main goal in the work with his clients.
