Resilience is the capacity to cope in spite of setbacks, barriers and limited resources. Simply stated, resilience has to do with emotional fortitude.  It is the toughness that mediates the ability to persevere. Getting Started

Please contact Dr. Graybill at Drgraybill@psychologyforward.com to schedule an initial intake appointment. This appointment is free of charge and typically 15 minutes in duration. During this intake, please be prepared to discuss concerns you may have for yourself or your child. For perspective clients under the age of 18, please have your parent or guardian accompany you during the initial appointment.


Fees for psychological counseling are 250 Dollars for each session, 45 minutes in duration.


Dr. Graybill is in-network for Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford and United Healthcare. The billing services of Headway and Alma to process insurance claims. For all other insurances, a superbill for clients to help with reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Psychology Forward has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand that certain events in life arise which makes last-minute cancellations unavoidable. Psychology Forward is committed to providing high quality psychological services. Clients are considered equal partners in this professional relationship. Part of the client’s responsibility is to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation or request for the rescheduling of a session. Canceled sessions without 24 hours notice will be billed according to the fee schedule agreed upon at the initial intake.
