Psychology Forward is dedicated to providing, evidence-based, psychological assessment and counseling. We are currently booking new intake appointments. Intake appointments are typically 30 minutes in duration, free of charge and completely voluntary. During the intake, your reasons for seeking a service for yourself or your child will be discussed to determine if we are the right fit to meet your needs. Services at Psychology Forward are fee-for-service. Rates for services will be discussed at the initial intake appointment. Payment is due on the day of the session. You will be provided with a monthly statement to submit for insurance reimbursement, if you choose to do so.
