What is your cancellation policy?

Once a psychological counseling appointment session is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24-hours advanced notice of cancellation (weekends do not apply). This policy is representative of the industry standards for doctors within the psychology profession. Clients will be charged for missed or cancelled sessions if at least 24 hours of notice is not provided, as these days and times are reserved specifically for you. 

 

Do you accept insurance?

Dr. Graybill is in-network and accepts insurance for Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford and United Healthcare. The billing services of Headway and Alma to process insurance claims.

For all other insurances, Dr. Graybill  will provide you with a “Superbill” which will reflect a diagnosis (if one if rendered), a statement of billing for the services which are rendered, with appropriate CPT codes. Once this “Super Bill” is issued, it will be your responsibility to submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement, if you chose to do so. 

How do I pay for services?

For Individuals not using Insurance:

All services can be paid with major credit cards using Square Processing. Your credit card is kept on file and encrypted to protect your privacy.

Payment may also be rendered with Paypal or bank transfer. If you choose to pay with Paypal or a bank transfer, you must pay in advance for the service. 

Package plans are offered in some instances depending on need and scope of services. Please inquire if a package plan best suits your needs.

For International Schools:

We are currently offering competitive package rates for international schools for the 2023-2024 school year. For more information contact us at drgraybill@psychologyforward.com.

What licenses do you hold?

Dr. Graybill is a licensed, doctoral level psychologist in New York State . He is also a certified school psychologist.
